Refund and Returns Policy
To be eligible for a refund and returns with Arkway taxi Naples FL, your cancellation must be 48 hours prior to pick up time and date.
You may call, email or text to let us know. Your refund or return policy will not be honored otherwise. We don’t accept Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your refund policy, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They are certain situations where we grant only partial refunds:
Book with obvious signs of use, Open CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record., Any item must be in its original condition. Do not return Any item that is more than 30 days after delivery
